I have a question about my Panasonic telephone? First person to answer gets 10 pts.?

My panasonic phone that I bought came with voice mail. I had call waiting so when I decided to insert the information the get voice mail I didn't actually think it would work because I had call waiting. Now whenever I am on the other line and somebody else calls me, the person who calls me hears all of my voice mail information. How can I get the voice mail to go away and get it to be back to normal.my model no is KX-TGA243B if you need it.step by step info please and thank you.The first person that answers...AND HELPS ME please.I called the panasonic comapany to ensure that my voice mail can be removed and I can go back to call waiting but I have been on hole for the longest time. Bad service....I menat to say hold *

In the paperwork that came with your phone there should be detailed info on that subject if not check their website.There is a default buttom on all phones that defaults back to factory settings.
