Office LAN messenger free?

I'm looking for a network chat i can install in the server and manage the network and that the users can use it as well. But all the ones i have found have the available option to add users with IM,ICQ, yahoo, or msn and i don't want that. I just want it to be able to be used in the company network only. Any ideas?
