Maybe the ISO you got is un-bootable? It has to be bootable. Download the RC 7100 from Microsoft's site. Not all ISO's are bootable. And did you burn the whole ISO to the DVD? Or did you extract the ISO and the burn it? You have to burn the ISO, do not extract and burn.

Try Using Active ISO burner from -- [url]http://www.ntfs.com/iso-burning.htm[/url]
Try changing the BIOS setting to DVD/CD Rom. If you have two DVD/CD Drives, then change it to the primary one. The drives connected to the slave are not that likely to boot, maybe they will boot.
