of course, it should be able to but post the game requirements, or you could do it yourself check to see if your stats are equal to or higher then the games requirement for optimal gameplay

You will DEFINITELY want to buy a video card. Expect to spend ~100 @ newegg, or ~$200 @ Best Buy for a card that will play newer games decently.
