Video cards/Grapics Card for my Compaq Presario C793TU?

Can a Video card / Grapics Card be installed on a Compaq Presario C93TU laptop? Sorry I was a newbie on this tech stuff, my grapics accelerator doesn't seem to work well on my games... I'm sorry to say that your laptop's video can't be upgraded as it has "integrated" Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 built-in.Laptops are not like desktops which you can upgrade the video card on the fly. If you wish to know more read on this link below:
