Remove the Harddisk(HDD). Check out the user manual or the laptop website on how to do it. Then you have 2 choices:a) If the HDD is compatible with the new PC, remove the new PC's HDD. Replace it with your old HDD. Burn/Copy all required data to a CD/DVD or to a USB disk. Then if you want, swap the HDDs back again.b) If the HDD is not compatible with the new PC, you have to buy a USB HDD case(something like http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=SIL-CX-HD2504AU&cat=HDD you will get one for a cheap price. Please remember you have to just buy only the enclosing case and NOT THE ONE THAT IS HERE(it's called a HDD enclosure) http://www.usbgear.com/large_usb_enclosure/index.html ). Connect the HDD to the new PC through this case. It will now work just as a new drive. Transfer all required information.Let me know if you have any problems
