Default I need to upgrade my hard drive?
Can i upgrade my old Toshiba 60gb 5400 ultra ata 100 hard drive with a Seagate momentus 160gb 5400 sata/oem? do they use the same connection? is ata 100 and sata the same connection type? thanks

As been said, ATA drives and SATA drives are two different fish that won't work together. But you should still be able to find an ATA drive to fit your needs.
