I save my games in the PS3 and USB stick, is it ok if I just leave my USB stick on the PS3?? or I have to remove it after I complete the saving?

You can leave it there if you wish , or remove it if you wish to use it for another purpose, but in order to load the saved game, you must put it back into the PS3 when you want to load the game.

You can keep it there if you want, or you can remove it. It doesn't really matter it won't affect the ps3 at all.
