Fujitsu b2154 or dell Inspiron 4000?

yup,I play a game called imvu,i am a pro develepor and i actually turn my credits(imvu currency) into real money, lol nice right so basically,it isnt really hard worked for,i could purshase one of these cheap laptops,not the greatest but oh well,which one is better,btw how would a celeron 450 mhz run on flash games,or is the dell intel pentium 3 700 mhz run better,Give your opinions PleaseThank You
