My Fujitsu siemens Esprimo mobile will not load at all HELP!?

I have windows vista home premium and when i turn on my laptop it goes to "start windows normally" And "Repair windows", which ever i select my laptop just restarts and goes back to the same thing and then eventually it goes to a blue screen that says windows has found a problem and has to shut down to prevent damage. What can i do?? HELP!! I cant even get into my laptop!! AT ALL!
