I have a Dell Inspiron 600m, the volumn button and mute button do not work. It

appears my mic doesn't as well. My volumn button and mute button are located on the top of my computer above the function keys. Neither of these two buttons are working. Also it appears my mic is located beside them as well and is also not working. Can someone please help me correct the problem? Where should I take my pc to get it serviced?Thanks
