what are the longtitude and latitude of the constellations?

Go to any astronomy website. Even wikipedia has that information.A few things:- its not called "longitude" and "latitude" - celestial objects have Right Ascension and Declination co-ordinates- a constellation is a large shape in the sky, it isn't a point object so there is no one co-ordinate for a constellation. That's like asking the longitude and latitude of the United States.

Linda's right, but when you go to wiki you will see an RA and Dec for the constellation. Most of the time, these are the coordinates of the centroid of the constellation. Sometimes though they are rounded to the nearest hour (RA) and degree (Dec)...HTH...
