My internet is not working on my Dell inspiron 1501?

im useing my sisters laptop (its identical) but on my laptop it says there are no connections avalible but on my sisters there are 4 connections. Every thing on our laptops are the same except my internet isnt working.i have windows vista Dell inspiron 1501when i say its identical i mean they are the same laptopswhen i say its identical i mean they are the same laptopsi dont know where the wireless button is ati dont know how to turn it on

well have you try to go to the connect to internet.There is one thing that i know is that it sounds like your wi is turn off or is not working so maybe try to turn it on ok
