Dell Inspiron 6000 battery won't charge!?

My Dell Inspiron battery won't charge. Even when i change and try with my friend's same battery and it's still the same!Do any Dell Inspiron user face the same problem but successfully deal with it? Besides, I think quite alot of Dell Inspiron user face the same problem!Thanks ;-)
