I have received a package from Precision Camera to ship my camera in for repair. On a piece of paper it asks for a claim number. I was wondering.. whats a claim number?
It's like a return authorization number so they can look up all your details. When you originally called (or emailed?) to have them send you the return shipping box they should of given you a number. If you don't have it then call the company's customer service/return center and ask them to give you a claim #.mmm...Asian...me like.
