Inspiron 1525 died(only 2 months old) will Dell replace it..?
I bought a Dell inspiron 1525 about 2 months ago. Recently i left my laptop on my table (it was not plugged in so the battery died.) When i went to turn it back on and charge the battery the laptop would not turn back on. The battery light and power button light up but nothing else happened (also the caps an number lock lights blinked while the scroll light was solid.) Anyways after trying a variety of solutions offered by dell chat, they sent a tech to replace the motherboard. The problem became worse because now no lights came on whatsoever. So they sent another tech to replace the motherboard again..and still no activity. Now they want to send a tech to replace the motherboard for a 3RD time but this time also replacing the processor. I feel like this 3rd solution will not work. So my questions are what could have possible caused this..i honestly left my laptop alone for 4 hours and it just dies. ASLO i am still under the 1st year warranty and i was wondering if this 3rd replacementdoesnt work will dell send me a new laptop..I feel like they should have already done that..But is a replacement covered under warranty given that i didn't drop it, throw it etc and nothing else is helping? Thanks in advace
