It is a grammatically wrong Italian, but the meaning could be " Enjoy your nice lunch" ( Should have been written "godete (or: godetevi) il vostro bel pranzo")

godere il vostro pranzo = ejoy your lunchin italy people use bello/bella(handsome/beautiful)to cal someones attention(for example= hey! handsomewant some fruits?)it's like that
