I have a dell latitude laptop and two of the letters won't work when i type...

their sensor thingies underneath the keys may have been shot. if so u need to take it to dell or somewhere to have it fixed up. that's the hardware side of it. Don't try to take the key off yourself as doing so will most likely void any warranty u still have on your laptop!Before this try restarting the computer a few times, running antimalware software and see if it isn't a virus or what not causing the problem.Edit: you can if they have instructions try it i guess...but if you mess up something your often out of luck
