Where to find dell xps w/ NO vista, to run on Windows XP?

I want to purchase a Dell xps m1330 but it runs on vista, and the school im going to isnt compatible w/ vista. Where can i get a xps w/ an operating system of Windows XP?

try a local mom and pop computer store, they might have it but microsoft has dicontinued XP all together...

Very easy! You can just build it with Window XP, but if they don't have that option, you can try buying a XP software and download it, most places don't have window XP on sale now but I saw Staples still have a lot and i found X better than Vista in case you wanted to know.
