Motherboard comparison, Asrock or Asus?

Looking to get either of these motherboards...

that asus board isn't the exact one I wanted (it was the -EM not cm) but it disappeared off newegg's site..































The function is heavy internet use and some gaming. Starting with dual, hoping to expand to quad soon.

Should also note, cost is a large factor.
