Asus P5N73-CM VS Intel DG31PR?

Help can any body tell me which is Better In Performance and Durability

and if i have plane to buy NVIDIA Card in Future Which is Best.....

Also I heard Asus have not DUAL CHANNEL while intel Have it..

Is it is a big advantage of Intel DG31PR on Asus P5N73.

Help me guys I am Confused........
