Hannah,I am currently in my 11th week of P90X, which like Turbo Jam is a Beachbody product. When I went away on business I used my laptop to play the dvd. Now I know it is not a Macbook, but if you Macbook has dvd capability, then I don't know why it wouldn't work.Hope this helps,Stu
