My laptop is a Compaq Presario V2000--a fairly common model, considering how economy-priced it is. The battery has gotten so old that even when it is plugged into the wall, it still slowly loses power.































So my questions are: where could I get a replacement battery? Is it true that these batteries are not sold in chain stores such as Best Buy, Office Depot, etc? And if I do have to order one, what's the best and cheapest place to get one from?
